Discuss Your Vision With Your Building & Design Consultant And Have A Quote Completed.

PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

Sign your Preliminary Agreement and pay your deposit while we arrange soil tests and surveys.

TENDER

Once we receive your reports, a tender will be produced.

PLAN PRESENTATION

Your House Plan Will Be Ready To Review At This Stage. If You’re Happy With Everything, The Plan Can Be Signed Off On.

COLOUR SELECTION

This Stage Of The Build Involves Turning Your House Into Your Dream Home With Your Qualified Interior Design Consultant.

CONTRACT SIGNING

Attend Your Contract Signing Appointment To Review And Sign Your Contract With Your Project Coordinator.

BUILDING APPROVAL

Once Your Contract, Colours, And Electrical Are Finalised Your Plans Will Be Lodged To Obtain Your Building Permit.

CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES

After Receiving Your Building Permit, Your Home Will Be Ready To Commence Construction.
